I think one of the main reasons why Pizza Rock is doing so well and competitors can't match our success, is because we are able to attract (and keep) the very best workers available in the restaurant business. How do we attract top talent? Simple - we treat all our team members like family, we do our best to create a fun work environment, and we don't take ourselves too seriously. Work should be enjoyable, and the boss shouldn't only represent authority! As Pizza Rock's leader, I try to have as much fun as possible with our team, and I'm sure it translates into a warm, laid-back atmosphere in our restaurants.

Had a really awesome time with Davy Martin during our grand opening of our 15th Pizza Rock restaurant in Kaohsiung Wenhua this weekend. His shooting skills are really professional, it was a pleasure to work with him in the kitchen, can't wait to see the end result!

This is really exciting! Following the amazing success of our first Pizza Rock branch in Hsinchu City, we are now expanding with a new location just a few miles up north, in Zhubei City. Here, we can see Kete, my friend and business partner, installing our opening soon banner in front of the new location on Guangming 1st Road. We are looking forward to bring you the highest quality hand-made, thin-crust, Italian style pizza at our new restaurant this fall! See you soon!

We are in the process of doing construction for our 16th Pizza Rock branch in Taiwan. This new location will be in the heart of the food district of Guangming 1st Road, in Zhubei City, in the northern part of Taiwan. We should be having our grand opening around the end of September or beginning of October 2017!

Every year, we travel back to Italy to try new pizza and to "remember" the basics about what makes a great pizzeria. This year, the Pizza Rock Core team traveled from Rome to Florence, Montepulciano in Tuscany, Abbruzo, Napoli, and the coast of Amalfi.
