I think one of the main reasons why Pizza Rock is doing so well and competitors can't match our success, is because we are able to attract (and keep) the very best workers available in the restaurant business. How do we attract top talent? Simple - we treat all our team members like family, we do our best to create a fun work environment, and we don't take ourselves too seriously. Work should be enjoyable, and the boss shouldn't only represent authority! As Pizza Rock's leader, I try to have as much fun as possible with our team, and I'm sure it translates into a warm, laid-back atmosphere in our restaurants.
